SHIPPING POLICY
In order to deliver our products as fast as possible directly to your home, we are cooperating with Geniki Taxydromiki.
For orders above 30 euros, delivery is free. Orders under 30 euros have a delivery fee of 3 euros.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want to reassure our customers that if they have changed their mind about their purchase or are disatisfied with our products, we offer a return policy of 5 days from the time they receive them.
Requirements:
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- Products on sale are not eligible for our exchange policy.
- We do not offer refunds for food items, treats or sanitary products

When returning a product, the shipping cost must be covered by the customer. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned product, therefore, if you are shipping an item over €40, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance.
